I’m a regular 5k runner, having started 20+ years ago. During this period I started and quit a few times. Yes, I did want to lose weight, get healthier, fitter, get energetic to really succeed in all my endeavors, besides playing with my kids when I got home, but… there was always something pulling me to the wrong direction.
Then, I finally realized that I needed some help. I started doing some research and discovered great information on books, magazines, stores, sites, specialized people. Of course, I had to go different places, talk to different people to reach all the info I needed. But it was worth it! I did it!
I can now say that I’m a 5K runner and I love it! I don’t struggle anymore because it’s become a lifestyle, a very pleasant one.
And that’s the purpose of my site!
